These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Apex Meditations website, mobile app, audio content, and related services provided by Apex Meditations Inc. ("Apex Meditations," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Apex Meditations. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to share your login credentials or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Apex Meditations operates as a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Free trials convert into paid plans unless cancelled before the trial period ends. We reserve the right to modify pricing or promotions at any time.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of accidental duplicate charges, technical issues preventing access, or if a custom alarm request is rejected for violating our guidelines. You are responsible for the text you submit when purchasing a custom alarm, and you agree not to include profanity, offensive, hateful, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content. Apex Meditations reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, edit, or cancel any custom alarm request that violates these guidelines. All content, audio, branding, and software on Apex Meditations is owned by or licensed to us.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Some audio content may be generated using voice technology, based on scripts created or approved by the original speaker. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any content without our written consent.
Our content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee improvements to mental health, mood, or performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Apex Meditations does not provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice. Our content is for educational and personal development purposes only.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
